County Services -- We need to do a better job of ensuring Mariposans get the services they need.  This isn’t a numbers game as the Grand Jury Report on Health and Human Services suggests; it’s about real people who need real help.  Some county departments may be able to reduce their workloads by providing more information via their websites.  I’ll draw on my management experience in the private sector to find ways to improve employee retention as well as service to the community.
